JOHN J. ARLOTTA
Chairman, Novis Pharmaceuticals
Mr. Arlotta has more than 30 years experience in the pharmacy services industry, most recently as Chairman, President and CEO of Coram Inc., a leading provider of specialty infusion and pharmacy distribution services that was acquired by Apria Healthcare Group in December 2007. Previously, he served as the President and CEO of NeighborCare, a Baltimore based public company and provider of pharmaceutical products and services to nursing homes. Mr. Arlotta's experience also includes five years as President and COO of Caremark Rx, ten years as owner and manager of HealthCall, and fifteen years at Baxter International. Mr. Arlotta is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame, is married with three adult children and currently lives in Denver, Colorado. In 2008, Mr. Arlotta purchased the Minnesota Swarm professional indoor lacrosse franchise.
THOMAS E. BURKE III
CEO & President , Novis Pharmaceuticals
Tom brings over 30 years of distribution experience to Novis Pharmaceuticals, with extensive functional expertise in sales, sales management, operations and the management and development of people. As the Group Vice-President of Cardinal Health, Integrated Provider Solutions, Tom had Northeast responsibility for five businesses: Distribution, Laboratory, Manufactured Products, Pyxis Supply and Presource which generated $1.4 billion in revenue. He also held several executive level positions in other Cardinal Health companies, including serving as President of the Southeast and the Northeast Regions of Cardinal Health, Medical Products and Services, each with revenue in excess of $1.3 billion and consisting of seven distribution facilities. In addition, Tom was responsible for a two-facility region that represented $3.1 billion in pharmaceutical sales for Cardinal Distribution/Aurora, Illinois Division when he held the position of Regional Vice President.
MIKE HARMON, Director

Mr. Harmon is a Managing Director in the Principal Group of Oaktree Capital Management, where he has served since 1997. Previously, he had served as a Senior Consultant in the Corporate Recovery Consulting group of Price Waterhouse and as an Analyst in the Distressed Credits group at Society Corporation. Mr. Harmon holds an M.B.A. with distinction from Harvard Business School and a B.A. degree with distinction in Economics from McGill University. He currently serves or has served on the Board of Directors of Alliance Imaging, Chart Industries, HydroChem, Infrasource, Millennium Rail, NOVIS Pharmaceuticals, Senior Home Care, Suddenlink Communications, and Wright Line, among others.
CURTIS S. LANE, Director

Curtis Lane is the founder and a Senior Managing Director of MTS Health Partners, L.P., a merchant banking firm that offers strategic advisory and capital raising services as well as private equity capital to companies in the global healthcare industry. Mr. Lane has spent his career focused on the healthcare industry, with over 25 years of experience in acquiring, operating, advising, financing and selling healthcare companies. Prior to founding MTS Health Partners, Mr. Lane founded and managed the healthcare investment banking group at Bear, Stearns & Co., Inc. from its inception in 1986 until 1998. Mr. Lane received a BS in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania in 1979 and earned his MBA from The Wharton School in 1980. He currently serves as a director of Alliance Imaging, Inc., IASIS Healthcare Corporation, NOVIS Pharmaceuticals, LLC, Senior Home Care, Inc. and Surgical Care Affiliates, LLC. He is a trustee of the Wharton Undergraduate division of the University of Pennsylvania and of PENN Medicine. He is also a director of America’s Camp Foundation.

Jay J. Levin, an Operating Partner of MTS Health Partners and an executive with proven CEO and COO experience, has guided organizations to greater efficiencies, stronger operational and improved financial performance. He has developed and implemented products, services and strategies for the broadest health care markets as well as for specific medical, laboratory and behavioral health niches. His expertise centers on strategic planning, development and growth initiatives.
Previously, he was President of Magellan Health Services, which provides managed behavioral health, wellness and employee assistance program services to nearly 60 million members, Executive Vice President of Oxford Health Plans, a provider of health plans to employers and individuals in the Northeast, and Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of PPOM, a Michigan-based, health care network management company serving more than one million individuals in Michigan, Ohio, Wisconsin and Kentucky.
OLIVER T. MOSES , Director
Senior Managing Director, MTS Health Partners
Oliver Moses has spent the last 14 years as a healthcare industry advisor and investor. Prior to joining MTS in early 2006, Mr. Moses was a founding partner of MBF Healthcare Partners, a healthcare focused private equity fund. At MBF, Mr. Moses was responsible for identifying, analyzing, and managing investments on behalf of the fund. Previously, Mr. Moses was a Director in Merrill Lynch's healthcare investment banking group. He joined Merrill Lynch in 1994 and was responsible for advising leading healthcare companies on mergers, acquisitions, and capital structure strategies. During his investment banking career, Mr. Moses raised $6.3 billion for his clients and advised on M&A transactions with an aggregate value of more than $16 billion. Mr. Moses holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Bowdoin College. Mr. Moses is currently director of HealthHelp, LLC, NOVIS Pharmaceuticals, LLC and DNA Diagnostics Center (DDC), LLC.
